Some little programs or scriptlets that may come handy in a Murex implementation or migration project, or are a redemption for inconveniences as the functionality does exist in Murex.
I have developed quite a number of this sort of helpers during my regular work in Murex projects, but these belong to the respective customer, of course. Others came up as ideas or prototypes, but alas, so far no client was willing to sponsor their full implementation:

• PrinterV3 MxML task extension to talk to OpenOffice (running on the server side) instead of MS Word (running on a client) for printing or PDF generation
• Headers and footers, page numbers, cover and following pages for MxML templates
• Automatic conversion of the dealing sheet decision tree and its ticket printing to MxML post-trade workflow (scoped to Mx.3 migration)
• Automatic optimizer for xTBLFIELD() parser function calls in dynamic creations
• Automatic conversion of Mreport data dictionaries to dynamic creations (scoped to Actuate migration)
• ... or maybe even a report layout converter, based upon the latest Mreport XML export feature?
• Automatic parallelization framework to utilize parallel data mart feeders (semi-automatic or using the deal scanner engine) with your Mreport reports
• Browsable cross-reference of data dictionary formulae

Maybe you are in need for exactly one of those? Or you have any other specific requirements or ideas for Murex code sniplets or extensions?
